    I like this location, they have a decent amount of stuff, but it isn't as big or as well stocked as the GAP at Chinook mall

    Cheat on customers! We were interested in a jacket which was on sale for 30% off. Then we received a scratch card from a sales rep, which granted us 30% off all purchases. We confirmed with the sales rep that the promotion could be combined, so that we would be paying 70% x 70% = 49% of the tagged price. But at the check out desk, the cashier would only apply 30% off and wouldn't honor the promotion from the scratch card. Too bad we couldn't find the first sales rep any more. We ended up not buying the jacket because we felt cheated on.

    There's almost always something I want to buy here. They constantly have discounts and the clothes and accessories are really nice. Staff is helpful and friendly. The store is well organised and clean.

    Nice collection in cotton styles.. but price tags or discount signs dont match the display sometimes. Wish they did be more clear about the prices.
